syscoinburn [amount] [burn_to_sysx] [ethereum_destination_address]
Amount of SYS to burn. Note that fees are applied on top. It is not inclusive of fees.
<burn_to_sysx> Boolean. Set to true if you are provably burning SYS to go to SYSX. False if you are provably burning SYS forever.
<ethereum_destination_address> The 20 byte (40 character) hex string of the ethereum destination address.
